Everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and hand off your order.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be ready for shipping or local pick-up. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly (and often do have ready within 24 hours) as possible. Please understand that we are 3 working Mama's trying to wear allllll the hats!
What if I waited until the last minute and now I need something quickly?
This is our specialty! We have pulled off many miracles! Just message us and we will try our very best to make it happen.
Delivery times
Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days for destinations within the US. Expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 business days for destinations within the US.
Can we ship internationally?
We sure can! We will update you on ETA when your shipping label is created.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup is available in Bridgewater MA. Message us directly to arrange pickup if you choose this option.
How do we ship?
All orders ship via USPS and you will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes?
Aunties Creations is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
